let there be pink!

The Campaigner pieces have been sold! Some lovely couple expecting twins opted to use the mid-century office furniture I refurbished for their much larger nursery for two. That leaves space for me to move the nursery furniture in.

Two coats of Peach Frost later, we have a beautiful soft blush pink color happening for Baby K in the nursery. I think I am in pink love. My favorite color is pink, especially the light pinks. Flashback to Steel Magnolias - my colors are blush and bashful.

The effect is light and bright without making it feel like Pepto Bismol exploded on the walls. From here I think the vision for the space is starting to come together. Brett and I decided to do the girliness with a touch of woodsy. Incorporating some arrows for our love for hunting, pinks, golds, a furry rug and Bert the Moose {you'll meet him soon!}.

Until the next post, Brett's old teddy bear is guarding the crib. It's time to layout a gallery wall!
